Bien, más piragua, genial

Today we flight to Bratislava, where we’ll meet with the rest of team, and we’ll arrive to Liptovsky on Wednesday. We have a international race there on the weekend, where I guess there’ll be lot of top paddlers from Slovakia, Czech Republic and center Europe.
Here you have the link, where I think there’ll be live results. Link
Besides, I’ve made a video section for the web, where’s is hanging the video in Foz, and since today, a video I made three years ago. It was in Noguera Pallaresa, 45 minutes from la Seu, in spring. We had a very good downriver, and we found lot of waves. And fortunately, we had a camera (which is not working anymore…). In the video: Xabi Etxaniz, Peri, Marc Vicente, Anna, Jus, Litos, Sangrà , and me.

That’s it! Today I made my 100th length in Foz do Iguaçu course. That’s an aproximation, because it’s easy when you train full runs, halfs, or quarters, but when we do some kind of tecnical work in a specific section, for example, then I must guess how many fulls could be.
It’s not a very interesting information, I know, but it’s something out of normality.
Still four days left in Brazil, and I’ll do some lengths more for sure. On Tuesday, we’ll start our long travel back to la Seu, and we’ll be arrived on Wednesday. After a week and four days there (I hope resting a little) we’ll go to Liptovsky Mikulas for a race, and then we’ll go to Prague for a one-week training camp.

For those who haven’t seen yet the video, due to some downloading problems, I charged it on youtube, you have it at the end of the article.
So, after making or helping in webs for others, finally I made my own. It looks like a blog, but it won’t be just about my life (could be boring, I’m afraid). It’ll be mainly about me, but specially about whitewater canoeing, trying to write here about other paddlers, about races, and everything it’ll came up to me (because I’m still the administrator…).
As said in the title, for the first post I offer you a video about me. All the images are in Brazil, because I’m still there, after three weeks, and with two weeks ahead more. Parts are from the race, other from training.
As you can see (maybe not everybody) this is written in English, and you can see also that it’s not my natural language, which is Spanish and Catalan. I’ll try to do it both in English and Spanish, but as I have to work twice then, sometimes I won’t, and main will be English, ’cause I need to practice.
The web is quite empty right now, but sure with a little time I’ll have it full.
Enjoy, and don’t be too hard with my English…
